Learn to engage and retain your employees by leveraging your strengths.

My All-Time Favorite Tool to Create a Highly-Engaged Workforce?

It's not even close.

Because teams that know and leverage their individual and collective strengths outperform teams that don't.

Every. Single. Time.

Why Use The CliftonStrengths® Assessment?

It's a great question. There are a lot of tools out there that leaders and organizations can choose from when wanting to better understand, develop, and manage their employees.

What makes this one different?

I could go on about this for a hot minute, but I'll keep it short-ish.

The CliftonStrengths® Assessment measures the presence of talent – naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling, or behavior that can be productively applied.

The assessment is rooted in both quantitative and qualitative research, and I'm a bit of a research snob, so I think that's pretty important. Also, it's been taken by 29+ Million people across the world and been used by over 90% of Fortune 500 companies.

And according to the research, here are just a few of the things you can expect when you adopt a strengths-based approach...

👉🏻 Increased employee engagement

👉🏻 Decreased turnover and absenteeism

👉🏻 Increased performance and productivity

👉🏻 Increased profitability and customer engagement

I've seen this happen time and time again for organizations who start using CliftonStrengths®. It's a game-changing tool.

So if you're ready to adopt a strengths-based approach, let's schedule a time to talk about how I can help you get there.

Annie Gilbert, Chief of Staff, Primitive

"I think the biggest problem that LeAnne has helped us solve has been offering the CliftonStrengths® tool that enabled our leadership to have heightened awareness. We've been able to take that knowledge and the resources she has provided and extend it to our team in a way that has helped us continue to grow in awareness of one another and to work together more effectively and successfully. It has truly impacted our company culture in a positive way."

It Would Not Be An Understatement to Say...

Taking the CliftonStrengths® Assessment changed the course of my life.

I took this assessment when I was a freshman in college and it transformed the way I thought about myself. It gave me eyes to see why certain tasks brought me enjoyment and why others were such a challenge. It gave me clarity about my friends, family, and coworkers.

Adopting a strengths-based approach helped me learn how to leverage my natural talents while managing around my weaknesses, too.

I was hooked.

And before I was ever a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach, I was a strengths evangelist.

(True Story – I carried a notebook around where I kept track of everyone's strengths. People 100% made fun of me for it. 😂)

Then, when I became a leader, I used this tool every single day to help me better understand, develop, and mentor my staff. It was a game-changer.

These days I get to use this phenomenal tool to help leaders and organizations create an exceptional employee experience, so if you're looking for a way to do just that – and have a blast with your team – then schedule a call with me and let's work together to make it happen in your organization.

Finally, It's Workshop Day and Your Team is Going To Love You For Planning This One

You can expect everyone – yes, even that one employee you're sure will think this is silly – to have an engaging, insightful, and meaningful teambuilding experience.
