Meet LeAnne

Hi, I’m LeAnne Lagasse, a keynote speaker, leadership communication expert, executive coach, and author of The Congruent Leader.

Before launching my consulting business, I spent 14 years teaching public speaking at Texas Tech University. Today, I work with organizations across the country helping leaders strengthen communication, alignment, and trust at work.

My goal isn’t just to inspire people for an hour.

I want leaders to leave with practical insights they can apply immediately — the kind that change how they show up with their teams the very next day.

But sometimes there’s a gap between what we intend and how others experience us.

In this keynote, I introduce a practical framework for understanding how everyday leadership behaviors shape trust, credibility, and connection at work. Drawing from my book The Congruent Leader, we explore how small misalignments can quietly impact culture — and what leaders can do to bring greater alignment to their communication and decisions.

Participants learn how to:

Speaking Investment

Every event is different, and I approach each engagement with that in mind. Speaking fees are tailored based on the goals of the event, the audience, and the overall experience we’re creating together. I offer both in-person keynote experiences and virtual sessions, with pricing adjusted based on format and scope.

What I Consider

When shaping a proposal, I take into account factors such as audience size, location, level of customization, and whether additional sessions or workshops are included.

Travel & Logistics

Travel and accommodations are typically covered by the host. I work closely with your team to make sure those details are clear and easy to coordinate.
